Tournament Director Forms and Information

The region recognizes that the tournaments are run by independent operators under region guidelines. A tournament may decide that an individual/team/club may not attend their event. This should be communicated before tournament signup but if a situation warrants during the season, the tournament can apply restrictions that could carry over for the rest of the season and future seasons.

Important Dates for the Season:

November 6^th, Monday: Guaranteed for your tournaments to be posted on the initial posting IF you filled out the sanction form and were approved by Ryzer for payment.
November 20^st, Monday: The initial tournament posting, remember this is not live, but teams can see your tournaments.
November 27^th- November 30^th, Monday thru Thursday: The pre-registration, this is where you will be sent a link and you can distribute as you would like to club directors or coaches. Reminder that the limit is 50% of your tournament can be filled within pre-registration. Examples: if I have a tournament of 8, you can only fill 4 spots until the actual sign-up for that specific age group. If you have a 5 team tournament, you are only allowed to have 2 teams pre-register.
**NEW **December 2^nd, Saturday: Tournament Sign Up, the levels are Qualifying, Gold, Silver, and League.

Saturday December 2 | 8:00 am | 17U & 18U
Saturday December 2 | 9:00 am | 12U & Younger
Saturday December 2 | 11:00 am | 13U & 14U
Saturday December 2 | 1:00 pm | 15U & 16U
